Health Resolutions

I had to look no further than my own book shelf or dvds to find my experts to help guide me to sucess in each of my respective resolutions.

Fitness Expert: Chalene Johnson, PROGRAM: ChaLEAN Extreme.
My sister told me about Chalene Johnson's program ChaLEAN Extreme. I know her fitness program gets results. It is proven! A fitness program does nothing if I am sitting my buttocks on a couch.

I also have to give credit to Chalene for the inspiration to begin this blog. I follow Chalene on facebook and not a day goes by that she is not only reminding her followers to live healthy but also to make and refer multiple times to a TO DO LIST (TDL). It not like I had never heard this tip before but seeing it everyday hit my facebook feed was like a big ol sledge hammer over my noggin telling me to get moving and make and TDL every day!

I can't mention Chalene's program without naming another -  Hillary Kelly. Hillary is an active mother who by doing ChaLEAN Extreme got amazing results. Again, there is not a day that goes by that Hillary's upbeat post to facebook remind me to get moving.  She is proof that a woman just like me can make it happen.

My Health/Fitness Goals:
  1. Lose 30 lbs. (-17 as of Feb. 22 - more than half way there!!!)
  2. Schedule Gyn appointment. (I know this one seems silly. I missed my apt. over a year ago and just got “too busy” to reschedule. That is ridiculous! I am putting it on the TDL) - SCHEDULED!! & Complete!!!
How am I going to do it?

1st Step: Do ChaLEAN Extreme  (90 day program) - & Replace (1) meal per day with Shakeology.

For those of you not familiar with this program or Shakeology they are fitness products sold by Beachbody.
Beachbody uses independent representatives (coaches) to spread the word about their products and sell.
